Jafari Estates is a real estate holding company specializing in multi-family renovation within downtown Indianapolis. Our holdings include numerous apartment complexes and several commerical buildings.

We employ two property management companies, Meridian Management & Suba Properties Inc. that are focused on making sure our tenants are fully satisfied. Meridian Management manages the Colonial, Christian Place and the Parkview while Suba Properties Inc. manages Renaissance Tower.
