Indy Urban Living is a real estate holding company specializing in multi-family renovation within downtown Indianapolis.

We employ two property management companies, PMI Meridian Management & Suba Properties Inc. that are focused on making sure our tenants are fully satisfied. PMI Meridian Management manages the Colonial, Christian Place and the Parkview while Suba Properties Inc. manages Renaissance Tower.
